Upon arrival, you will enter the house through the front door by typing in the door code that was sent to you for your stay. All areas of the home will be fully accessible to you throughout your stay aside from the garage and two (2) locked supply closets.

When you enter the LIVING ROOM, you’ll find the heart of our home. There is space either to play games, watch a movie, or sit around and chat. The living room tv has smart TV capabilities with your favorite streaming services that you can log into during your stay!

From there, you will enter the DINING ROOM and KITCHEN. Between the dining room and kitchen is our coffee nook, fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make a delicious cup of coffee however you like it to ensure a great start to your day. Room for seating is available either at the dining table or kitchen ledge. Our kitchen is fully stocked for you to make whatever meals you would like. Just bring yourself and whatever you’d like to cook, we supply the rest!

Going down the hall the first door on the left is the GUEST BATHROOM. Recently updated and will have basic shower supplies for your stay including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. A Hair dryer will also be supplied.

The next door on the right is GUEST BEDROOM 1. This cozy bedroom provides a great space for peaceful sleeping. This room also boasts an impressive 70” Flatscreen Smart TV with swivel for extra easy viewing from your bed. Our day bed, which is normally set-up as a twin can be pulled out into a king for parties of 6 people. This room also has blackout curtains for those days when you just need to hit snooze a few more times.
One room over is GUEST BEDROOM 2. This bedroom is furnished with a great comfortable queen bed and mounted 65” Flatscreen Smart TV ready to be used for cozy nights watching your favorite movie or TV shows.
Across the hall is the MASTER BEDROOM and MASTER BATHROOM. This bedroom has plenty of walking space, a designated work area with an office chair and an expansive walk-in closet. The master bedroom has SMART TV capabilities with access to your favorite streaming services. The master bathroom was recently renovated with stunning black finishes throughout and a dual vanity for plenty of counter space for 2 people.

In the BACKYARD, you will find our little slice of serenity. We enjoy spending time hanging out on the deck, stargazing, having conversations around the fire and grilling. The hammock is a great place to spend some time unwinding from the day’s events. An outdoor seating area is provided for days spent BBQing in the back. Gather with family and have a friendly competition of corn hole. The backyard is also fully fenced in for furry friends to enjoy their time at our house as well. Our space was designed with our guests in mind. We’ve designed this space to give our guests the best possible experience Allen has to offer. If you have any questions about our space prior to your booking, please reach out and we would be happy to answer them for you. - There is a noise monitor in the living room of the property that measures levels of noise in decibels to prevent abuse of the property and parties. If the noise level set is surpassed for more than 10 minutes, you will be notified to keep noise levels down.

-YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY. This property features two exterior security cameras. One is located on the side of the porch with a view of the front door and a partial view of the street. The other one is located in the backyard facing the seating areas and the exterior passenger gate. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras continuously record audio and video.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
