The condo features a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials you'll need during your stay. The kitchen is complete with all the kitchen necessities you would have in your own home. The condo is also within walking distance to a Mariano's grocery store to make preparing your favorite meals as easy as possible.

Minimum (1) month stay with flexible lease terms as needed. HOA-backed condo with neighbors above and below, condo is subject to HOA's timelines with maintenance and any needed repairs. All utilities included UP TO amount specified within lease agreement. Smoking Outside Only. Refundable security deposit of $500, specified within lease agreement. The cleaning team can access the property for housekeeping once per month throughout the duration of your stay for an additional cost and can be coordinated with you for an appropriate, agreed-upon time. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
